This is a call. That is to say it aims at those who can hear it. The question is not to demonstrate, to argue, to convince. We will go directly to what is already obvious. This is not primarily a matter of logic or reasoning. What is obvious is what is perceptible, the realm of reality.

we’ll be watching the second episode of “all watched over by machines of loving grace”. the second episode is about (among other things) the creation of the concept of the ecosystem.
the following week we will be discussing Call again (the ajoda version mostly, but read whatever version you can get or that you like), with increased scrutiny and the question of what would it be like to write something like that for the bay area…
