the reading is the rest of desert (from page 17 to the end of the book -roughly 50 pages). there are probably still copies available at the long haul.
also, this is potluck week. we welcome good food, especially vegan, nut-free, and alcohol-free food.

This week we begin reading Desert. The exciting “dark green” book/essay/pamphlet from the UK that has been all the buzz since this summer.

we’ll be reading the sovereign self, a brand new, beautifully put together little egoist paper put out by some folks in tacoma, wa.

also, here is a reminder that we will have a special guest on november 15th, a charming and affable anarchist philosophy professor and contributor to the anvil, talking about language, spectacle, and morality.
